Sally’s specialties include adolescent behavioral problems, romantic/relationship distress, DBT skills coaching, mood disorders, substance use disorders, impulse control, trauma, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Sally first learned about PSYCHē from a special class lecture given by Stephanie Vaughn, Psy.D. Sally immediately resonated with the dialectical task of providing clients with equal parts acceptance and change (as well as the encouraged use of irreverence). Sally strives to cultivate a thoughtful and validating relationship with clients, while also delivering honest interventions.
Sally received her Master’s Degree at Vanderbilt University in 2017 and her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Miami in 2012. While pursuing her graduate degree, she joined PSYCHē in January 2016 as a student intern to gain further insight from some of the best in the industry. She recently joined the team as a Master’s level Therapist.
In her spare time, Sally enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her dog, taking spin class, and being anywhere near the ocean.
