Individual Therapy

There is nothing like talking one-on-one with a therapist who is fully committed to understanding YOU. Sometimes, you just need someone to talk to…someone who isn’t personally involved. Other times, you need help feeling better as fast as possible and some sort of game plan for the times when you AREN’T in therapy. The good news is, we have a therapist for that. Whether you need specific advice, techniques and tips, or just a kind and supportive listener, we will set you up with the perfect fit for you. We can match you with CBT therapists, DBT therapists, trauma-informed therapists,…just about every speciality you can think of. You expect and deserve the best.

group therapy

DBT & RO-DBT Group

The benefits of joining a group can last a lifetime. Now with virtual group therapy available online, it’s the perfect time to get started. Our virtual DBT groups and virtual RO-DBT groups for adults and adolescents are run by experts who have been trained and know what they’re doing. Regardless of the type of group, having others who share the struggle can be just what you need to feel supported and connected when you need it most.

Family Therapy

If it’s therapy between multiple family members that you need, we have therapists with experience. Family therapy can be a great place to start or the perfect place to “end up.” When one member of the family is having issues, it affects EVERY member. How each person copes with problems is unique. If there is one thing a family therapist might share it would be this: When each person works to “own their part,” change is more likely to occur. Sometimes, it works best if individual therapy comes first—there may be a history of misunderstandings that need to be worked through before you all get together in the same room. Family therapy is even possible online. Each member can join from separate rooms, or they can sit together—just like in person. Learning the basics of healthy communication, identifying hidden resentments, and exploring unspoken family “rules” can be tough, but absolutely worth it. Let our therapists help to bring your family closer.

Couples Therapy

When it comes to relationships, there’s more than one side to the story. Therapists experienced in working with couples know the struggles that go on behind closed doors. Whether it’s communication problems, sexual issues, infidelity, or something else, you can bet we have a therapist who can help. Looking for pre-marital counseling or just want to make sure you stay as happy as you are now? We can do that too.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

Teens need just the right fit when it comes to working with a therapist. They need someone who can make them feel comfortable enough to open up while also challenging them at a level that helps them to grow. We have therapists who work with adolescents struggling with a variety of issues such as social anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, addiction, self-harm, suicide, or just difficulty navigating everyday stressors.

Psychological Testing

For some diagnoses, testing matters. We believe in doing things right the first time. That’s why we don't conduct "standard batteries" of tests. Each clinical question is different, so we tailor the assessments to each individual. We won’t give one more or one less test than it takes to get the job done. Whether it’s screening for Alzheimer’s dementia, ADHD testing, or court-ordered assessments, our neuropsychologists have you covered.
