Sally Roesch, LPC-MHSP, LMHC

When it comes to Gen Z, college students, Millennials, and adolescents, Sally gets it. She loves working with clients who struggle with relationships (or lack thereof) and has successfully helped multiple individuals with issues such as codependency, breakups, dissatisfaction with a partner, and loneliness. She knows how to help you figure out what you want, feel like you DESERVE it, and then, make it more likely that you make your dreams a reality. She can quickly help identify places you get stuck and accidentally get in your own way. She won't just smile and nod, so if you're looking for someone who doesn't tiptoe around, you've come to the right place.
Sally is also intensively trained in a highly sought-after treatment, Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), a specialized treatment for Chronic Depression, Anorexia-Nervosa, and disorders of Over-Control (OC). Radically Open-DBT promotes openness, flexibility, and direct communication.
Sally received her Master’s Degree at Vanderbilt University in 2017 and her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Miami in 2012. While pursuing her graduate degree, she joined PSYCHē in January 2016 as a student intern to gain further insight from some of the best in the industry. Sally enjoys a good manicure, playing with her dog, taking spin classes, and being anywhere near the ocean.
Sally is available to see clients in Tennessee, Massachusetts, New York, Washington, Florida, and Vermont.
“If you don’t know what you want, then what you DON’T want WILL find you!”— Sally Roesch, LPC-MHSP
