How To Access Your Online Appointment Via Zoom

  1. Accept the IntakeQ client portal invitation that was sent to your email, if you have not already done so.

  2. Register your client portal account, if you have not already done so.

  3. Navigate to the “appointments” tab in the client portal.

  4. Click “Join video call.”

  5. If Zoom is not already installed, download Zoom on to your computer or smartphone. 

Zoom for laptop/desktop

  • Open your computer's internet browser and navigate to the Zoom website at

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Download" in the web page's footer.

  • On the Download Center page, click "Download" under the "Zoom Client for Meetings" section.

  • The Zoom app will then begin downloading.

Zoom for phone (iOS)

  • Tap on the Apple App Store icon on your iOS device to open.

  • Tap on Search at the bottom right of your screen.

  • Enter Zoom in the search text box.

  • Select ZOOM Cloud Meetings from the available app choices, and then tap on the GET button.

  • The install process will start.

  • Tap Open.

  • In the Zoom app, tap Sign In.

Zoom for phone (android)

  • Tap on the Google Play Store icon.

  • In Google Play, tap on Apps.

  • In the Play Store screen, tap on the Search icon (magnifying glass) located at the top right-hand side of the screen.

  • Enter zoom in the search text area, and then tap ZOOM Cloud Meetings from the search results.

  • In the next screen, tap Install.

  • In the next screen, tap Accept. 

  • After Zoom has installed, tap Open. 

  • Create a Zoom account and log in.
